Microsoft starts removing Adobe Flash Player from the Windows OS through the new update named KB4577586. This update permanently removes the Flash player from the Windows OS.
According to Microsoft the Flash is out of support from 31st December 2020, and the planning of the update was casually announced on October 2020.
Administrators who don’t want security issues can remove Flash before end-of-life data through the Microsoft Update Catalog, and the administrator will able to download the updated KB4577586 into their systems.
What the Microsoft States?
Microsoft also share some important notes in the support of this update are listed below;
• This entire update only uninstall the Adobe Flash Player from your Windows OS. If you had used Adobe Flash from another source then it couldn’t be removed by this update.
• Once this update is installed, then there is not step back.
How to Use Flash Player?
If you want to use Flash Player on your device after this update then you should need to follow these two methods listed below;
• Method 1: Reinstall your Windows OS and do not install this update.
• Method 2: Reset your system to the earliest restore point. This method will take your system to the last restore point that was created before this update.
Note: This is update is not compulsory for all the users, it is an optional update so choose accordingly.

Whereas, this week several Windows 10 users are reported that Microsoft forces them to install this KB4577586 update and remove the Flash player from their devices.
Therefore, users may be assumed that Microsoft has an issue with enterprises, but it is not true. As we know that last year Adobe invent a time bomb in the player code that revokes the application while playing the content. Even the Adobe Flash Player is installed in the system, the system was unable to play any type of content due to this bomb. This well-known threat affected multiple countries majorly China and South Africa last month.
It seems that Microsoft had also aware of this time bomb. Therefore they are decided to remove Flash Player thorough KB4577586 update from Windows 10 system.
