Another cyber attack was reported, this time attackers targeted the world’s leading dairy group. The company was hit by unknown attackers and had data breached on their systems.

Lactalis is dealing with more than 80,000 employees and the company is located in 51 countries, while the company is responsible for delivering its dairy products across the world.

This dairy company deals with a various leading brand that includes President, Galbani, Lactel, Parmalat, and Santal.

However, on Friday that organization said that their systems are compromised on this attack. The company also said that the attack was infected the network of the company and they are taking all the important steps while revoking the attack and they also notified the responsible authorities for better resolution. While investigating the company officials also said that the attack was conducted by their party that enters into their system and leaks the data.

The organization spokesperson also said that no data breached is reported according to their investigation and their IT team is working and supported by the other law enforcement agencies.

While revoking the effect of this attack, the organization switched off their system and protect their customer’s data, partners’ information, and their confidential employee details. The organization also said that no data has been stolen by this attack, the hackers are only able to steal the common documents while compromising the systems.

This stolen data is leaked on some sites if the ransom is not paid by the company.

Our IT team will detect this attack and this attack compromised a limited no of systems and the action was taken immediately and we also informed the authorities of the same. While taking the precautions we have reduced the limit of our network and we are taking all steps while controlling this attack.

According to our investigation, we have seen that the attackers are used by the third-party while infecting the servers and our IT team is combined with experts and we are fully mobilized and in the touch of cyber experts for better resolution.
